Clay Bath Detoxification

A Clay Bath Can Heal You

This is an ancient method of removing toxins from the body.  This treatment works.  It is a time honored detox that is definitely right up at the top in effectiveness.  Tests have shown that the clay detox bath is one of the top performers in purging metals and other chemical toxins and pollutants from the body.  They are not only way faster at removing metals but, with persistence, can annihilate toxins in even the most stubborn cases.

A Powerful At Home Cleansing Treatment

A clay bath is an inexpensive, simple, do-it-yourself treatment that can be taken in the privacy of your own home, with minimal inconvenience.  Healing properties can be maximized if used in combination with other cleansing and maintenance programs.

A Critical Choice

The most critical part of the bath is the choice of clay.  There are hundreds of bentonite clays and each one has different analyses and uses.  They can vary tremendously in their ability to pull out toxic metals and chemicals. Many clays contain chemical additives that could defeat the whole purpose of the bath.  So it is important to do some looking and find a source you are comfortable with.  The effectiveness of a clay bath depends on it.

So Where Should You Look To Find Safe, Effective Clay?

Two great, inexpensive sources for clay that I trust are Pacific Botanicals and Mountain Rose Herbs.

But if you want a clay that has been been highly tested, formulated for specific metals, and has a great track record, LL’s Magnetic Clay has been shown to be able to literally pull specific pollutants out like a magnet, getting rid of years of toxic accumulation in just one bath.  They test their clays for effectiveness and purity using 200 different methods before the product is supplied to the public.  They are a little more expensive than other clay, but they may be worth it if you have a serious health problem since they are very targeted and efficient.  They are still quite affordable compared to other forms of chelation, well within what most are able to shell out.  Explore their site and see for yourself!

Their kits contain 6 lbs. of dry clay, a packet of herbs and spices to mix completely with all of the clay; teas to drink after the bath, and an instruction sheet. Each kit will do 4 to 10 baths, depending on the health condition.

How to Take a Clay Bath

  • Put 2 cups of clay (but not more than 21/2 cups) into the bathtub
  • Run very hot water over the clay, as hot as it gets.
  • Use a wire whisk to stir the clay around and to help it dissolve.
  • When you’ve got about 3 inches of water in the tub and the clay is dissolved, start adding cooler water until the water reaches the desired temperature.  The bath should neither be too hot nor too cool, but should be nice and warm, as warm as is comfortable.
  • Submerge your body under the water for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your condition.  Don’t overdo it.  If you stay in too long you may have what is known as a cleansing reaction and experience fatigue, headaches, muscle soreness, etc.

Draw Out The Poison

This simple and affordable channel to healing should not be left unexplored.  A clay bath can literally pour life back into you as it sucks death out.  I highly recommend them.
